Are we really alone in the universe? What this phenomena says about our reality.

The UFO phenomenon has many paranormal overtones, that much I’ve made clear from my previous posts. But what does this say about our own reality? Are we any closer to answering the age-old question: are we really alone in the universe? I think we are. Although, the answer is not quite what you’d expect and many, especially fanatics of the extraterrestrial hypothesis, aren’t willing to accept it. In my opinion, this naivete is what’s been holding us back.

In the West we have this notion that it is either scientifically plausible or totally impossible and mustn’t be considered even on a minute level. Jeffrey Mishlove PhD interviewed Harvard Psychiatrist and Clinician Dr. John Mack on hit series Thinking Allowed. In it, Mack brings to light the fact that the Alien Abduction phenomena has several religious implications in that, we’re experiencing a ‘myth in the making’ or perhaps a new religion, as Misclove puts it. Obviously referring to the sociological influence that the UFO phenomena has had since its beginning. Here is the video.

Renowned occultist Aleister Crowley famously wrote in his (quite inhumane) ‘Book of Law’ that “Today they call them angels and demons, tomorrow they will call them something else.” Isn’t this true? Didn’t John Dee, occultist and adviser to Queen Elizabeth I, describe his demonic visitors as little men with big heads and big eyes? Aren’t the connections becoming clear? What if science has no way to prove these claims? What if science isn’t as reliable when it comes to the paranormal? These things can manipulate our reality; our reality includes scientific principles. So essentially, these beings can manipulate our scientific principles. Does that not prove the authenticity of (some of) our (monotheistic) religious scriptures?

We may not be alone in the universe after all. Maybe there are other entities – on our planet – that live parallel to us but in a different dimension of space and time. Being a level above our dimension of space and time would make it possible for such entities to flick in and out of our reality like step down one step and then back up a set of stairs. This, again, cannot be proven by science, at least in this day and age. But the evidence is there clear as crystal.

On the subject of Bigfoot being an inter-dimensional entity…

Here’s a great Mysterious Universe article from paranormal researcher and author Nick Redfern. It nicely summarizes the more paranormal aspects of Bigfoot encounters. Check it out: Bigfoot: An Inter-Dimensional Entity.

Researcher Nick Redfern sheds light on the paranormal aspects of UFO encounters

Nick Redfern has quickly become one of my favourite authors on fortean subjects. He is an open-minded researcher who doesn’t back away from the high-strangeness of the bulk of UFO cases. In the following video, titled Nick Redfern on the Extraterrestrial Hypothesis (ETH), Nick explains why he doesn’t support the claim made by mainstream Ufologists that we are dealing with extraterrestrials from other planets. Rather, he believes that there is an esoteric aspect of it that is flat-out dismissed by proponents of the ETH.

Jacques Valleé talks about the Interdimensional Hypothesis in this interesting documentary

August 24, 2014 § 1 Comment

Yesterday, I watched this really interesting (and rather creepy) documentary on YouTube. About 1 hour and 30 minutes in, there is some audio taken from a radio interview with Jacque Valleé. In it, he says something along the lines of, “So you make I a list of hypotheses, this is obviously not a natural phenomenon, and so the extraterrestrial explanation seemed to be the best one. We know there has to be life throughout the universe, so why shouldn’t it be able to come her? Considering that it is millions, if not thousands of years ahead of us. But as you get more and more data , you realize that that’s not what the witnesses are describing. What the witnesses are describing in many cases, are physical, material objects that change shape, size and colour, appear out of nowhere, disappear into nowhere, and become transparent on the spot. In my opinion, if it does that, then it can be from anywhere, anytime.”

Now, that is simply the gist of his argument. If you read his best-selling book on the subject called, Messengers of Deception, Valleé analyzes data that he has collected on his personal ventures across the globe investigating some of the most astounding cases ever. These cases, for the most part, involve UFO religions.

Jacques Valleé is no stranger to UFO research. He’s been doing this for decades alongside J. Allen Hynek. His approach, unique and scientific, makes more sense than the approach taken by Ufologists. In the same video above, Valleé says, “there is no such thing as one best case in any field,” and then, “…[you have to] look for patterns and that’s how the phenomenon reveals itself to you.” Looking for patterns is what many so-called scientists aren’t doing. One such scientist is Neil deGrasse Tyson, who I am a huge fan of. He makes physics a hundred times more fun to learn.

While I do agree with what he says in the video above, the way Neil makes his point is arrogant. I agree that people who are sighting UFOs jump on the E.T. bandwagon too quickly, but he should have addressed the fact that there is an element of genuine mystery that surrounds the sightings. Some can be dismissed as natural phenomena, or top secret government craft, but it’s the remaining 5-10% of the sightings that baffles figures like Jacques Valleé, John Keel etc.
